What this is
Retail real estate runs on documents. A single site involves offering memoranda, survey and site plans, lease exhibits, zoning and permit research, tour packages, and a running record of where the deal stands. Over the life of a project those files move between the broker, the tenant's real estate group, the landowner, and outside counsel dozens of times.
ArchOtto LLC operates the delivery side of that work: a private portal where each client signs in and finds the materials for their own projects, and nothing else.
Why it exists
Corporate IT departments routinely block consumer file-sharing services. A broker sending a site package to a national tenant's real estate team frequently finds the link is unreachable at the other end, and the exchange falls back to attachments that exceed mailbox limits.
Delivering from a domain the practice controls resolves that. Clients receive a link to an ordinary business website, sign in, and download what they need.
What clients receive
- Project documents
- Offering memoranda, site plans, lease exhibits, survey and title material, and tour packages, organized by project.
- Live deal trackers
- Current status for every site in a program — stage, market, contact, and the running activity record — read directly from the working tracker rather than circulated as a stale export.
- Site mapping
- Mapped locations with parcel, zoning, and trade-area context for the sites under consideration in a given market.
Market
